- Utilize the Internet to provide better citizen access to government and
officials.
- Promote individual liberty and freedom

- A properly run state government is one which is nearly invisible to its
citizens.
- State government must reject activities that benefit one group of citizens
at the expense of the rest.
- Our state government must have an incentive for excellence. Funding must be
tied to performance.

spend just a little bit less.
